Recap of 2022 Give Back Mat Classes

Giving back to my community is very important to me, so I often hold Give Back Mat Classes and donate $10 of each ticket price to a nonprofit of choice. In 2022, more than $1,800 was given to Campbell County, Wyoming nonprofits with my give back mat classes. Nonprofits I gave back to included:

  • AVA Community Art Center

  • Council of Community Services

  • Edible Prairie Project

  • Fur Kids Foundation

  • Gillette Abuse Refuge Foundation

  • NEW Community Health Foundation Cancer Care Committee

  • YES House Foundation

Thank you for supporting me and these nonprofits this year! I hope to raise more money in 2023 and hold at least eight give back classes. Stay tuned for more information.

What are Give Back Mat Classes?

Give Back Mat Classes are between 35-45 minutes and consist of beginner to medium movements that will help to stabilize and strengthen your core. All bodies who want to move are welcome (and encouraged) to attend; personalizations will be available for those who are new to the movement practice.

Please note: You must pre-register and pay ahead for the Give Back Mat Class; no spots will be reserved. There are no refunds issued for Give Back Mat Classes. If you cannot attend, and have registered, your entire fee will go to the nonprofit. Please remember, the overall goal is to help raise money and awareness for the chosen nonprofit.
